Tricep Extensions
A lot of weight lifters have a tendency to overtrain the biceps and not train the triceps. But did you know that if you want bigger arms you have to train the triceps? The triceps are actually 2/3’s of your arm so training your triceps would make your arm bigger and stronger. Also, the triceps are a big supporting muscle in the bench press and if you want to get your bench up, you have to work the triceps. Isolation exercises, like this one where there is only one join movement, should be at the end of the workout. Remember, compound exercises always come first.
This exercise can be performed with a barbell, e-z bar, or dumbbells.
